U.S. Shipping

Direct orders are currently available for shipping within the United States.

A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies to standard direct orders unless otherwise stated during checkout or as part of a special promotion.

Processing

Because signed and personalized books may require additional preparation before shipment, processing time may vary. Customers will receive order information using the email address provided at checkout.

Personalized Orders

Please review all names, spelling, and personalization instructions carefully before submitting your order. Personalized books are prepared using the information provided by the customer.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers are outside our direct control. If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Bulk Orders

Schools, youth programs, libraries, nonprofit organizations, teams, community organizations, and other groups interested in larger quantities should use the Bulk Orders inquiry option on the website. Bulk-order pricing, shipping, and fulfillment arrangements may differ from standard individual orders.
